I started *Sapphire Enterprises LLC (d/b/a *Abiding Strategy) in 2009 to help more people grow and succeed, providing keynote presentations, consulting & training in leadership, sales, change management and more. I believe that if we are better as leaders, we can help create a better world and a better life for everyone.

I have over 35 years’ experience in leadership, including many years in the C-suite as CEO, COO, CMO & EVP and more. Specific areas of experience include strategic planning, vision mapping, corporate alignment to strategy, culture change, executive coaching, management and operations. I have earned eight certifications: CPCU, CAM, CRIS, CAE, AAM, AAI, AIAM and AIP. My B.A. degree in Management and Spanish was earned at the Miller College of Business at Ball State University.

I live in Southlake, Texas near Ft. Worth with my husband and many four-legged loved ones.
