- Facilitated workshops to bring out the very best in your planning sessions. Like building a house, you need a strong foundation, a solid roof and a good set of blueprints. Be sure your plans don’t end up at the bottom of a drawer. Lisa’s workshop will give you the right steps and visual reminders to be sure everyone is on the right page. Invest just a few hours to build a 3-5 year plan!
- Working with a Strategy Coach helps you execute successfully on the many plans that will be laid in the workshop. Organizationally, you’ll need to make many adjustments so that the day to day operations will incorporate the new vision you’ve discovered.
